AAPL 60th Annual Meeting

June 26, 2014 - Montreal Quebec

David Ganje was recently invited to present at the 60th annual AAPL Convention in Montreal, Quebec. During this presentation, David spoke on the topic of mineral rights law and more specifically dormant and/or abandoned mineral rights to a large audience from the American Association of Professional Landmen.
This subject included recovery of mineral rights, dormant mineral rights, lapsed and missing mineral rights and the options to recover mineral interests not used. The speech also discussed unlocatable mineral interests as well as legal alternatives to obtaining good, so called curative mineral title.
